7" This is the length for the average woman's wrist.
8" This is the length for the average man's wrist or for a woman with a larger wrist.
9" This is the length for a man with a larger wrist

16" This length will fit an average woman high up on the neck. Will not fit most men.
18" This length will fit an average woman at a comfortable length. Will be tight on most men.
