SUMMARY OF MY SELLING POLICY
PAYMENT: I accept Pay Pal and personal checks.
Personal checks are held between 5-8 business days so I will ship items after the check has cleared my bank. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If payment is not received within 8 business days of your order, then I reserve the option to resell the item.
SHIPPING: I prefer USPS Priority for my shipping needs. If you require the product sooner, please contact me (extra fee may apply). I am not responsible for lost items.
Buyer pays $5.00 for shipping and handling. NO FOREIGN SHIPPING ORDERS PLEASE.
REFUNDS & RETURNS: Refunds are given only for defected items. Please contact me if there are any problems however and I will do my best to rectify. Satisfaction is always guaranteed.
CONDITION OF RETURNABLE ITEMS: As Received. Original packaging not necessary, but item must be in the same condition as received.
I know you will love the piece you purchased. However, I do have a seven (7) day return policy for all purchases. All jewelry pieces MUST be returned in the original condition that it was sent.

HANDLING FEES: For materials purchased to ship items. Insurance is highly recommended for high ticket items as I cannot replace them & will not be held responsible for missing or lost mail.
